Silken tofu is produced without separating and pressing the soy curds so has a much higher water content, which is why its softer. Vegan “Parmesan” is super easy to make and better than what’s on the market. I can't find any other brands where I live except for 'Morinu Silken Extra Firm' or 'House Foods Soft Tofu'.
